WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! SPREAD THE WORD PLEASE!

So i go with my bf to get a broken HTC G2 fixed in this store called Cell Again in Ontatrio Mills date is Jan 9, about a week before we were informed by one of their employess that it would cost $45 to get the whole screen fixed. A week later we come back to get the repair done and this guy in the store told us that its going to cost $90. We told him that another employee last week told us that the price is $45, so he says “ok” and charges us $45 and told us the phone should be done Thurs Jan 12. i was anxiously waiting to get this phone because my phone is not working properly, then Jan 12 comes and we call in to ask whether the phone was fixed. Some lady answers the phone and tells us that the phone isnt ready yet and that the “girl” who fixes the phone just got the phone at her house and is barely working on it, they then told us to call back sunday afternoon and it should be done by then. So Sunday comes and we call and this roller coaster ride begins. The lady that answered the phone says that the repair isnt done and that the phone just got to the “company” and told us to wait til Wednesday for it to be repaired. This Wednesday i give them a call to check on the phone. And surprisingly THE PHONE ISNT DONE! they tell me that the total repair would cost $180 (pretty much a new phone) because the Flex Cable connecting the phone to the screen alone is $45 and that they are barely getting the parts. In addition they tell me that there are pieces or parts missing from the phone. At this point im getting very annoyed and skeptical about their service because i only took out the sim card and brought the phone straight to them, so why the fuck would there be missing pieces in it? So my bf decided to deal with this since its his phone, So he calls the store and asks for the status of the phone and they start telling him pieces and parts of the phone missing and that the cost would be almost $200, so he goes off on them saying that their service is inconvenient and that numbers, important information and resources are all in that phone and two weeks worth of wait is too fucking much, while a friend of ours who fixes iPhones can repair an iPhone screen in front of his customer for and hour or two. He asks for the number of the manager and this girl says that the manager doesnt deal with customers. So wtf?! how can you be a fucking manager and not deal with customer issues. in addition he also asks for the number of the company fixing the phone and they tell us that they dont know who fixes it and whats the number of the company. My bf is reaching his boiling point at this time and he goes off at this person “Tabitha” who claims to be the managaer saying that he’ll find a way to sue this company and that he will file a report to the business bureau, so the manager agrees to an additional $45 to fix the phone so $90 in total just to avoid problems tells us she would call us back in 10 min. Which she doesnt. They didnt call thursday and me and my bf couldnt call bcause we were both busy the whole day me with hw and studies for anatomy and my bf worked all day. so now its friday Jan 20 we call the store and we ask for the phone they tell us that its not done and that the phone isnt done and if we do want it to be finished its going to cost us $145. so i tell joseph and he calls them telling that he had an agreement with “tabitha” that they would fix the whole phone for $90 and now this person claims that “tabitha” isnt the manager and she puts us on hold so she could talk to the regional manager once again we ask to speak with the regional manager so we can directly state our problems to him but they refuse to give us a name nor a number so we wait on the phone for almost 30min and then we hear the phone beep realizing that these fuckwads hung up on us and made us wait for nothing. so we call them back someone answers the phone but no1 is talking we then call them again and this time they answer telling us that they’re dealing with a large amount of customers which i highly doubt and we’ve been waiting for the last hour just to hear from them. this just sends Joseph in a frenzy, so he calls business bureau and files a complaint for this horrible service. And in addition he is seeking for a way to take legal actions against this company. so yeah still waiting for the phone. we’re most likely going to go to the store soon. =/ IF YOU WANT TO AVOID THIS TYPE OF INCONVENIENCE AND STRESS PLEASE AVOID THE STORE CELL AGAIN!! its in ontario mills mall, they’re simply going to play you take authentic parts of your phone and just keep milking your wallet. CELL AGAIN sucks, find a friend you trust to fix your phone and avoid the mistake we made and save others as well REPOST THIS PLEASE! THIS COMPANY WILL PLAY YOU AND THEY DONT TAKE YOU SERIOUSLY! REPOST PLEASE AND HELP SPREAD THE WORD!
